The services are created primarily for HMC Ambulance Service (HMCAS) staff and other authorized users. The public website is for install, update, support, release-note, and orientation information.

3. Clinical Disclaimer

The app may include reference content, calculators, checklists, timers, and document viewers. Clinical content is for reference only. Always verify calculations, doses, references, and actions against your current approved CPG, SOP, protocols, and professional judgment before use.

The public website does not publish medication dosing, patient-specific advice, treatment instructions, or protected clinical content.

4. Access And Availability

Access may be limited, gated, changed, interrupted, or revoked. The Access Gate is a staff accountability gate and should not be treated as strong identity verification.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Use the services only for authorized and appropriate purposes.
  • Use the services in a secure environment and follow applicable HMCAS, service, and local guidelines.
  • Do not misuse app access, support channels, or installation links.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, exploit the services, or impersonate another user.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content.
  • Do not use the services for commercial resale or competition.
  • Do not submit patient identifiers, clinical case details, secrets, or private staff data through public support channels.

The app, website, design, code, and supporting materials are provided for the intended Ambulance App use case. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited unless separately approved.

Information You May Provide

You may voluntarily provide information when contacting support, sending feedback, reporting an issue, joining community channels, or completing access-related forms. Do not include patient identifiers, private staff data, clinical case details, secrets, or protected content in public support messages.

Local Data

The app may store preferences, settings, CPR or Overtime records, history, backups, and similar app data locally on your device. We do not collect that local app data from your device. The exception is access-gate data that may be sent and stored as needed to verify the user and authorize access.

Network Access

The app and website use network access for necessary app data and services, such as app downloads, update checks, app configuration, iOS app installation, access gate checks, notices, push notifications, support, reporting, and external links.

Technical And Usage Data

Basic non-sensitive technical or usage data may be used to improve reliability and understand app behavior.
